• DHC Fees Policy (short version)
  
  1) Players are required to have paid their fees in full, or started a payment plan prior to playing. Any player who has not done so will not be permitted to play from Round 1.
  
  2) Primary responsibility for the payment of a member's fees is that of the member and remains so should those fees remain unpaid. For players who have arranged a sponsor, it is players responsibility to ensure sponsor pays. Coaches also need to pay fees, and then receive any applicable coaching payments later in the year.
  
  3) All players, other than Life Members of the Club, are required to pay fees as per the relevant schedule of fees.
  
  4) Players are responsible for ensuring eligibility for discounted fee type (eg discount for aged 16-22)
  
  5) Players who are experiencing financial difficulties or other issues preventing them from paying their fees on a timely basis are encouraged to communicate with the Club as early as possible.
  
  6) Players must, in addition to paying their club fees, pay the applicable HV registration fee prior to playing.
  
  7) Discounted fees for players unable to commit to playing regularly for the full season may be offered to arrangement with Section Chair.
  
  8) Players, coaches, and spectators are personally responsible for any fines imposed by HV as a result of their behaviour
